INGREDIENTS:
- 3-4 cups cooked rice or rice pilaf
- 1/2 lb sliced shitake mushrooms
- 6 tbsp margarine
- 4 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp dry sherry
- 2 cups cream
- 2 cups diced cooked turkey
- 2 cups oysters, drained, sliced in 1/2 inch pieces
- salt, white pepper to taste
- dash soy sauce
STEP BY STEP:
- Melt the butter in the chafing disk. Add the mushrooms, cook for 5 minutes, stir
- Add in flour and cook 2-3 more minutes. Slowly put in the cream and cook until smooth
- Add the turkey, oysters, sherry, salt, soy sauce. Heat 90 seconds more. Serve over a bed of rice or rice pilaf.
