INGREDIENTS:
- 2 slice raisin walnut bread
- 2 oz old cheddar
- 1/2 ea apple, thinly sliced
STEP BY STEP:
Cover one slice of bread with the cheddar. Cover with the apple slices, and the other slice of bread. Cut in two and eat.
TIPS :
If making ahead of time soak the apple in 1 cup of water and 2 tsp of lemon juice for a few minutes to prevent it browning. Drain, pat dry, and put in the sandwich.
