- 1 pound lean smoked ham, finely chopped
- 6 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp finely chopped cornichons
- 2 tbsp finely chopped capers
- 2 tsp finely chopped tarragon
- 4 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup toasted almonds
- 2 scallions, finely chopped
