INGREDIENTS:
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cup prepared seafood salad
- large leaves of lettuce
- dill
- Vivant Crackers
STEP BY STEP:
- Turn each tomato stem side down making three cuts across the center to within one inch of the stem side
- Carefully spread the six wedges apart. Mound seafood salad in the middle of each open tomato
- Garnish with dill and place on lettuce leaves. Serve with Vivant Crackers.
