Cream Corn Soup

INGREDIENTS:

  • 15 oz can concentrated chicken broth
  • 16 oz canned cream corn
  • 2 tbsp thin sliced ham for garnish
  • 1 large egg
  • white pepper to taste
  • sesame oil to taste

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Prepare the chicken broth according to the instructions on the label
  2. Add the cream corn and stir so that the corn does not stick and burn on the bottom
  3. In a separate dish scramble the raw egg. When the soup begins to boil stir the soup and slowly pour the scrambled egg in. Add ham slices and serve.
