INGREDIENTS:
- 15 oz can concentrated chicken broth
- 16 oz canned cream corn
- 2 tbsp thin sliced ham for garnish
- 1 large egg
- white pepper to taste
- sesame oil to taste
STEP BY STEP:
- Prepare the chicken broth according to the instructions on the label
- Add the cream corn and stir so that the corn does not stick and burn on the bottom
- In a separate dish scramble the raw egg. When the soup begins to boil stir the soup and slowly pour the scrambled egg in. Add ham slices and serve.
