INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 quart half and half
  • 1 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp old Bay
  • 1 cup milk

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Melt butter and blend in flour. Stir until smooth. Slowly stir in chicken broth
  2. Add pepper and simmer for 2 minutes. Add half and half and milk slowly
  3. Slowly cook and stir until thickened. Add parsley and crab meat. Heat and serve.
