INGREDIENTS:

  • 10 3/4 oz tomato soup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 lb beef chuck, cut 1" cubes
  • 3 md carrots, cut 1" diagonal
  • 6 md yellow onions, quartered
  • 4 md potatoes, peeled, cut
  • 1 1/2 " cubes
  • 1/2 cup celery chunks
  • 2 beef bouilion cubes
  • 1 tsp each thyme, oregano, rosemary
  • 1 ea bay leaf
  • pepper to taste

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Mix together soup, water, and flour until smooth
  2. Combine with remaining ingredients in a covered roasting pan
  3. Bake for 4 to 5 hours at 275 degrees F. When ready to serve adjust seasonings to taste. Serve or noodles or with french bread.
