INGREDIENTS:
- 1 apple
- 2 tbsp grape nuts cereal
- 2 tbsp sugar
STEP BY STEP:
- Wash apple(s) and core
- Place apple(s) right side up in a medium sized baking dish
- Layer the sugar and Grape Nuts in the apple until the core is full to slightly overflowing
- Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of water on each apple
- Add a little water to the bottom of the baking dish
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until apples are soft.
TIPS:
For optional, sprinkle top with cinnamon to taste.
