Baked Apples

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 apple
  • 2 tbsp grape nuts cereal
  • 2 tbsp sugar

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Wash apple(s) and core
  2. Place apple(s) right side up in a medium sized baking dish
  3. Layer the sugar and Grape Nuts in the apple until the core is full to slightly overflowing
  4. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of water on each apple
  5. Add a little water to the bottom of the baking dish
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until apples are soft.

TIPS:

For optional, sprinkle top with cinnamon to taste.
