INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb potatoes
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 pint water
- 1 finely diced onion
- 1 fresh hot pepper
- salt to taste
STEP BY STEP:
- Peel, wash potatoes and cook in 2 pints of water until soft, then drain
- Mash potatoes and add salt
- Mix in the oil, garlic, onion and hot pepper.
