INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb potatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 pint water
  • 1 finely diced onion
  • 1 fresh hot pepper
  • salt to taste

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Peel, wash potatoes and cook in 2 pints of water until soft, then drain
  2. Mash potatoes and add salt
  3. Mix in the oil, garlic, onion and hot pepper.
