INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 2 cup Shredded spinach
  • 1/2 cup Sliced radishes
  • 2 cup Cooked cubed chicken
  • 1/2 cup Celery cut diagonally
  • 1 cup Shredded chedder cheese
  • 2/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershore sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Dry mustard
  • 2 tbsp Sliced green onions

STEP BY STEP:

  1. In salad bowl, layer ingredients in following order; half lettuce, half spinach, radishes, chicken, celery, remaining lettuce remaining spinach and cheese.
  2. Combine mayonnaise, worcestershire sauce and dry mustard.
  3. Spread evenly over top of salad.
  4. Cover and chill several hours or overnight.
  5. Garnish with sliced green onions.
  6. Toss just before serving.
